The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I haven't left the house yet, or even gotten dressed, but I will probably still be early.

I love not starting work until 10:00.

msbelle, I'm sorry - but at least you were able to work seriously later and show that there's that side, too, right? Especially if the day was slow for others?

At least it is after a long holiday weekend, where people are more likely to still be gone or struggling with the alarm clock themselves.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Kicking it old school.

That is just too pretty to use.

Punishingly Intricate

I don't think I even got to congratulate you on the CD!

THANKS! Would you want a copy? I'd totally send you one if you send me your address. I'm always looking for ways to expand our fanbase internationally!

that iPod is cool, but I like mine shiney.

Yeah, it's really not that bad. I am not even sure how many people noticed.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Came in this morning to find that the A/C for the building was dead. It's been fixed, but it's going to take forever to catch up.

I have a headache that's been with me for about four days.

I have no work to do. You'd think this would be comforting, but it's really just annoying. But I can't leave, because someone is supposed to be calling me.

And there's a tropical storm heading for Louisiana. -t, it sounded like things weren't too frantic. I'm hoping that's right, since it would suck for my parents to get back in town and find their house flooded.

lisa, how can anyone answer "no" to such an offer? Thank you!

Dana, I hope you feel better soon (also, it may not help to read it now, but I was really glad you got to watch "Serenity", eventually).

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I did sleep in. A lot. So that's something.

Thanks, Nilly! Now we just have to work on getting that screening for you.
