Angel: Connor, this is Spike and Illyria. Guys, this is Connor. Connor: Hi. umm...I like your outfit. Illyria: Your body warms. This one is lusting after me. Connor: Oh...no, I--I--it's just that it's the outfit. I guess I've had a thing for older women. Angel: They were supposed to fix that.

Feeling settled in. Starting to feel like home. Happy.

I just wanted to read this again.

Hey, Cindy.

No ice-cream for me. It was worth it for reading Nora's line again, though.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Nora, I am very impressed with your fast unpacking, and entertaining guests. Go you guys!

They didn't sleep over at our place, but stayed at an inn up the road.

This was very nice of them. When my parents visited, they stayed with me which surprised me in how pleasent it actually turned out to be. But there were no other stressors, like, oh a new house and unpacking!

Nilly!

And thanks all. 6 more hours to go!

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

In order to increase your ice cream chances, I say, "Hi, Nilly!"

sara! Ginger!

OK, so the universe owes me either the "ice" or the "cream" part of the ice-cream. Now I have to choose which. They should come in different flavors, too, right?

What is even happening?

Hey, Cindy.

No ice-cream for me. It was worth it for reading Nora's line again, though.

Hey, Nilly. Next time, I will stay away long enough to be icescreamable.

Punishingly Intricate

Nilly! My grandfather, who made ice cream for my grandparent's dairy, would always bring some packed in dry iceup to my mother and aunt when they were in college in New York. I wonder if that would work for shipping to Israel? Cuz I'd totally send you some!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Guess who forgot to reset her alarm and overslept and was therfore LATE to work in only her second week?

le sigh.

Luckily it is a so far lazy day here with almost half the office out of town working. That is good for me. I've been able to sit with someone and learn new steps to work I will be overseeing. Also, I may be able to make some files which would give me a step up on keeping organized.

Cindy, no! It's too nice to post with you, it's worth paying for my ice-cream myself, rather than having the universe freeze some on my doorstep.

lisa - I don't think I even got to congratulate you on the CD!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That bites, msbelle. I was "late" (we don't have a start time, but I like to be here before the boss) today and my boss was "early".

Which is theoretically annoying, but passing her and her boss on the stairs as I come makes it a little worse.

Kicking it old school.
