diet Coke Zero tastes flat and lemony to me. And it's got an aftertaste that seriously lingers. As Hubby said, "It tastes like Pepsi." We are not a Pepsi household.

After I got over the shock of the taste, I love Diet Coke w/Splenda.
Am awaiting a Pepsi version to compare. I'm sad that Pepsi's lime version was not limey enough, because their vanilla wiped the floor with Coke's ass. Diet cola HG remains Diet RC.

Without the sugar (or replacement sweeteners), Coke should taste like kola bean juice plus caffiene. Whatever that tastes like.
