The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I may see Mad Hot Ballroom this weekend if I can find it playing anywhere near me. Otherwise, maybe Mr and Mrs. Smith.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I think it is nice that Perkins admitted I was the nicest.

YAY last day for KAT!!! WOOHOO! dancing! celebrating! everyone, cabbage patch!

I will join the stay at home in a/c group of NYCers. Not running a/c during the day seems crazy to me, that's when it is the hottest. At night you can turn it up or just have the fan blow if the temp drops.

I think tomorrow will entail some movie watching, maybe some reading and sewing, possibly some more paint stripping.

What is even happening?

And I refuse to run the AC in the daytime at home anyway.
But the daytime is when it is hottest, ya crazy cowgirl.

giraffe mode

A couple of weeks ago CBS Sunday Morning did a story on the program that Mad Hot Ballroom is based. It was really cute to see the kids get all serious when they were dancing. I want to see it, but there's no way in HELL I'll be able to talk the hubby into it. I'll have for rental.

I'm heading home, hopefully I'll beat everyone else there and I can wrap birthday gifts. I procrastinated because all the wrapping paper is buried in the storage unit. I suck, the kid's birthday is tomorrow - I had to buy a bunch of gift bags today.

edited for spelling

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I was going to say it's a product of my New England upbringing, but what is up with the Cindy? Anyway, there's more you can do to stay cool when you're awake. Like, go to the movies.

I like staying home. I am a homebody. And maybe I am crazy, but I don't think that the $11 for a movie is cheaper than running my a/c for 2 hours at home.

The Perkins, she is so cute in that way that crazy people are.

Well, yeah, but then you get the movie!

... I don't know. It just seems wrong. Of course, I also have the smoking/ventilation/window open issue, but my parents never run the AC in the daytime either.

I hate the heat. Hate it. I want to give it to ita, and take the days that are too cool for her. I like it in the 60s. I am okay in the 70s. Eighties get on my nerves and if it is muggy, and it usually is, I suffer. Over 90, I hate it, even when it is not muggy.

I'd rather have a summer full of 60 degree days than 90 degree days.
