Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I hope that evil fuck fries, but I'm cynical enough to believe Americans will be distracted and appeased by handwaving.

It'd be like Christmas in July. However, I think they're going to get past it by claiming Rove saw Novak's column early--as it was distributed to the wire, but before it was published.

I'm sick to think that he could actually get out of this rap. Evil fucker.

Yes, they do - well, almost to the elbow. They're intended to be used for tending to roses, so that bit o' knowledge might help you locate them.

Not javachik

my big question of the day is do they make elbow or even opera length gardening gloves? my arms are all scratched up and vaguely allergicly reacting.

I've got a work-around that works really well. I wear a long sleeved denim shirt that's enough protection against almost everything. My regular gardening gloves are these (though I'm not sure if they're the ones at the top of the page or third from the bottom). They are the. best. gardening. gloves. ever. The local serious/professional hardware & lumber store sells them (as opposed to the home renovation store, like, say Orchard Supply) for work gloves. I don't know why all the gardening stores don't sell them because the knit cuff and flexible but impenetrable palm/fingers make them better than almost all others.
