I like the kitty name, Deena.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Thanks, Connie. I thought about a few others, and Greg made a number of (mostly silly) suggestions, but that one just seems to suit. She's very curious and cheerful about it.
ETA: Kara, at first, thought the name should be smoochie-smooch, but then changed her mind and said the kitty's name ought to be snookie.
Snookie would work. My cat's name is Koogie, which everyone thinks is a corruption of Cougar but is really a variant on Pul Kogi, a Korean meat dish. I don't remember why we decided to name him after food.
I like that name. I never thought it was from cougar--though I didn't realize it was food.
Let's see, Hubby's cat's formal name was Cat Mondu, which was morphed from Katmandu (we were watching a show on Nepal when we were discussing names with the tiny little puffball kitten). A friend of ours who had been in Korea asked why we named our cat after a noodle dish. Mondu eventually became Mouse. He answered to both names.
Once we had Mondu and Koogie, we decided our next cat would have to be Pop Dong, which means Bowl of Rice, to complete the meal. We inherited a very old cat from a home in which the middle aged grandmother was suddenly terrified of catching toxoplasmosis. Poor old Pop Dong, booted from her cushy home and family because of idiocy. We eventually just called her Old One. She was a master of the trundle-butt, in which she'd walk in a big circle, picking up speed, ending up with a butt against a person so that that person would pet her. She'd do this for as long as anyone would let her.
I want a kitten, somebody new to hug and name and cuddle and learn their habits.
Mondu eventually became Mouse. He answered to both names.
When I was a kid, we had a somewhat fat kitten that we named Mouse. When Mouse got older he lost his fat, so we renamed him Rodent. Rodent had siblings named Spockat, Tigress, and Foolish Big-Eyed Orange Cat.
She's sitting on the back of my chair, snuggled up to my back. I'm afraid to move. So cute.
When I was a kid we named our favorite cat Alfie after our mom's dad, Alfred. Mom never told her parents the cat's name. I don't know why. He was a very cool cat.
I'm afraid to move
Ah, the trusting kitten "My humans won't let anything bad happen to me" phase. Which once kept me sitting in one place for half an hour with a kitten napping in my cupped hands.

One through 23.
The one that makes me want those hypoallergenic kitties I keep hearing about to a) work and b) come down in price and c) DO IT NOW NOW NOW.
That's the one, yep.
One of my good friends got a kitty. He named her Serenity, Sera for short. She's adorable and I want to go to Northern California and play with her, but I can't.
