Well-travelled neighbors with much experience driving in that part of the country indicate the most likely alternate route is a very pretty drive, but hella longer.

And without as much in the way of roadside stops. I'll keep the trip~ma coming. (btw, my FiL just moved to Casa Grande.)

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Em now has 2 meals of solid food. Fruit and oatmeal for breakfast and veggie and rice for dinner. And then bottles at school and to go sleepies.
