Just tryin' a little spicy talk.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Subsequent to receiving your memo, it appears that you no longer consider that you have any legal obligation to continue paying my salary. Nor do you have any legal obligation to pay the money for the initial two months of my work

Fay, I might change the above, and anything similar to something like, "your position appears to be that you have no legal obligation to continue paying my salary." I wouldn't just conceed the point, even it the lawyer you consulted told you it was probably so.

x-posty with brenda, who said it better

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Congrats, Betsy!

Fay, I have no helpful advice. I think that looks like a good letter, and I'm angry that you're stuck in an aggrevating situation.

I've skippity-skipped, but has Jilli seen this?

ooooh, batty tiara. Waaaaant.

I'm having a meh day. I am trying to inform the Body Image Demons that I AM NOT LISTENING TO THEM, LA LA LA LA, and am instead trying to concentrate on the very cool concert I'm going to tonight. This plan is not working as well as I'd like, but I'll take what I can get right now.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay, Betsy! Congrats on the new job!

Rather than leave immediately, however, I have stayed at school long enough to level the children’s work and write their reports. I have also written the planning for the rest of this term and for next year.

Fay, you're a lot nicer than I am. I'd just tell them to stuff it if they didn't pay me.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

What a horrible situation, Fay. It seems like the best possible outcome at this point is that the parents become aware of the shit he's pulling but the kids still get taught. Somehow. Maybe your letter can help with that, I don't know.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

My favorite part of the letter, Fay.

Woohoo, Betsy!

I think it's a good letter, Fay.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

At this point, if he knocks he's likely to get shot in the head.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

See, it's the parents and staff part that kind of worries me. My experience has been that it's never a good idea to burn bridges and that would be blowing up the bridge with a tactical nuke. The question is, will they remember you as a person who was wronged or as a person who will send letters about her boss to the known world? Sending it to the parents and staff seems likely to force him to defend his position, no matter how irrational it is, and incline him towards defamation of character lawsuits.
