Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Always Anti-fascist!

Sort of. Gris, I second that emotion.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Full moon and the Solstace. That's gotta be rare.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

I haven't had this, but it sounds remarkably close to my favoritist ice cream EVAH! Edy's Double Fudge Brownie.

The best thing about the Ben and Jerry's one is, they add a light raspberry swirl.

Drools on self and debates grabbing one last spoonful before bed.

I can usually make a pint of ice cream last a really long time. Not this one, I think.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I really really want ice cream now.

Hi Lilty.

I also want to be sleepy now. Can the temp drop about five degrees and then my brain drop about ten obbsessions?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Aimee has shown sign of understanding and comprehending the English language. Must do what we can to assuage this education. This will also aid us in keeping her title as Associate.

Strictly, that would probably be 'Asociate'.

move out and draw fire

And the award for Worst (Mis)use of Quote Marks this week:

I found a recipe from the 50s in my mom's stuff. It's for a meat mixture cooked in muffin tins lined with bacon. In the recipe text:

This recipe can also be made using about 2 cups cooked ground "leftover" meat.

Um.."leftover" ?!? Like in Parents ?

I'm so glad you're liking your new job, Cass :) Also, you can get the shoes for around $20 on eBay (search for Gap rhinestone - woot!).

ION, I can't sleep. Argh! But my kitties are being really sweet. They got up with me and keep visiting me at the computer. I love those girls.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Doors off hinges??? OK, I've moved a number of times, and never have my doors been off the hinges. WTF?

What Cindy said. This house is old and has tiny tiny spaces. While we were there, the movers took out a large dresser through a second floor window that opened out on the first floor/dining room roof, and lowered it down. It looks like that in order to get their sofa out on Thursday, and probably oour sofa in on Tuesday, we'll have to take the sliding doors out.

Tom is super stressed about that whole endeavor now.

In possibly related news, Tom had to wake me up because I was hyperventilating/having a panic attack IN MY SLEEP.

We didn't sleep well last night.

{{{Nora and Tom}}} Soon you'll be all settled in your beautiful new place and the anxiety will be replaced with accomplishment.

Our place has little doorways and skinny halls leading into the bedrooms so they had to remove the bedroom doors to get the armoirs/dressers/beds in. No big.

What is even happening?

Oh Nora, I hope you guys get to the enjoying it stage, really soon. At least now, your housing costs are relatively fixed. When you rent, you're at the mercy of the landlord, and your home can be sold out from under you at any time.
