JZ, I'll bet you money that you put a pair of those spats on over a pair of Capezio character shoes, you get something that's indistinguishable from a boot with spats
I've done this for shows. You'd never know and they're more comfortable.
ION, I went out to my car for ONE THING, and it has somehow morphed into a complete and huge car-cleaning, save only a wash and vacuum. (Things I need monies for.) Much of the crap in there just never came out from when I moved. A year ago.
ETA: P-C!! I'm all kinds of proud of you, and even a smidge jealous. Out of college, I spent months upon months sending out resumes with no results. The same thing actually happens when I try now. You should be so proud!!!!
Today is cuh-frickin'-razy.
Seriously. Who uses progress as a verb?
Okay, except the church*. Shut up.
(* And graduation rehearsals. Okay, anything in which people have to walk as a group in a ceremonial fashion. You know what I mean! Shut up.)

I sent her my shit THREE FUCKING HOURS AGO.
They must be really desperate this week.
So, about corsets...I saw an amazing antique one at the Winterthur Museum last weekend.
t /Winterthur Museum loves carrots.
Southport is remarkably close to NYC. Cool.
You seem to be having a remarkably good day there, Mr. Cow.
ETA: On review, I seem remarkably entranced with the word "remarkably" today. How... remarkable.
Go, P-C! Today is apparently your day.
Possibly useful spats pattern: [link]
We have reviewed your resume and would like to progress your exploration of a full-time entry-level medical writing opportunity, based in our Southport, CT, office.
Woot! Go, P-C! Would you want to relocate?
I kind of have no choice, really. There are no jobs for me in Ann Arbor, so it's better to move now and start getting experience than hang around here and waste my time for a year first.
Is there anything
in
Southport, CT?
These writing exercises are kind of cool, actually, since they're basically the kind of thing I would be doing as a medical writer. So it's nice that they're giving me a chance to prove that I can do it. Or that I actually suck at it.
Go, P-C, it's your job-finding day! Or something to that effect ;-)
