Dad's gone off to do his Dadish things. I probably should have offered to go with him.
I've kind of shut him out of this process. I've been annoyed with him lately and it's starting to show. If I weren't leaving there may be issues. I made promises to him about giving him some cooking lessons and then didn't follow through.
We're still going to be doing our dvd nights, maybe I can combine the cooking thing with that.
Dad can cook, but not well, and he tends not to realize things like poaching fish doesn't take as long as cooking brown rice.
And he's gotten all weird about Grandma having extra stuff and wanting to give it to him or me. She's very stressed out. For whatever reason no one helped her pack. I should have, I feel horrid for not doing it, but none of her kids helped. She's got all this kitchen stuff she won't need and she's been asking if Dad or I want it. I've just told her to leave it all and if I don't want it I'll take it to Goodwill.
Dad doesn't want to take some of the stuff that Grandma's offered, but he feels obligated to take it and acts like her feelings will be hurt if he doesn't. She doesn't care either way.

I've had problems with lyric sites putting weird shit on my computer. Never actual videos (that I know of) but all sorts of hardcore links in my favorites. and pop ups and stuff.
