I've only just started looking, but here's a pretty one.

I know, Aimee! It's gorgeous! I should totally have participated in this exchange--
but I have a plethora of tiaras already. Ask the Bitches who saw the display in Ginger's and my hotel room in Cleveland. I had my Bitch blankee, a copy each of Deb's Famous Flower of Serving Men and Finding Serenity, and all my tiaras arranged on the half-wall between the bedroom and the living area. Brenda added a bottle of Ponche, and Katie, Nicole or someone said, "It looks like a Day of the Dead altar!" Still, tiaras...too many to be adding more. Even though I'm loving the twisted wire, beads, and leaf designs people are linking to.
Man. I'm going to see a band tonight, and there's this sort of fan thing where during one song people throw red plastic spoons. I have an entire bag. If I were only craftier (or had any supplies), what a tiara that would make. I've only got about ten minutes, huh. But I do have white duct tape.

Ooh, that was fun. And the bottle of Ponche is silver so it fit right in.
Oh - I saw a copy of Plainsong on the display table at Borders today and got all exited, before I noticed that it was some Cheater McCopyson's book.
go brenda, go! Craft like the wind!
Well, we have one of those, too.
Very different, but quite lovely.
I was let go from my temp assignment today, which is bumming me out. Apparently, they were worried that I wouldn't want to stay in the job for more than a few months.
I'm more bummed about this than I thought I'd be. What's making it worse is that while I have some friends here, I don't have the kinds of friends where I can just go crash at their place for a few hours. My mom is out of town for the summer, and my dad lives over an hour away. ION, I'm feeling rather lonely, and loserish. And fat.
But, I do get my hair cut tomorrow.
Aw, Anne. That is of the suck.
