Jayne (Husband): Oh, I think you might wanna reconsider that last part. See, I married me a powerful ugly creature. Mal (Wife): How can you say that? How can you shame me in front of new people? Jayne (Husband): If I could make you purtier, I would. Mal (Wife): You are not the man I met a year ago.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Shake, sha-sha-shake that ass girl!"

You know what sucks? Spending $145 on jeans (I know, I know), getting them professionally hemmed, and then thinking, "Eh, they're not all that." (These are Joe's Jeans, not my beloved Sevens, BTW.)

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

GC, if anyone's ass is worthy of $145 jeans it is yours.

Our wings are not tired.

Whoa, I passed out for a minute there. Not sure if it was the $145 jeans, or the GC ass visual.

Mostly lurking...

Good things:

1. I have you guys and a wonderful family.

2. Um...there's gotta be more.

Bad things:

1. Turns out that the loan that was denied last week wasn't only denied because of my bad credit, but also because it is connected to the bank I made a major fuck-up at years ago and can't bank at ever again. Will these things ever be in "the past"?

2. Not!Emily is moving out. Only, he's not sure when. That makes it easy to find a new roommate. I'm sick of all the not-knowing (financially related) in my life right now.

3. This evening at work, I spent the entire chore time arguing with one of the kids about doing his chore. Finally, I gave him a last chance. He said no, and I started to walk out of the room. He yelled, "Dammit! Don't you walk away from me!" Knowing that "dammit" is not considered swearing or verbal abuse, I ignored him. But, it took everything in me to keep from crying.

4. Tonight I got to deal with an angry mother of a previous student. And, the admin counselor that was still there refused to deal with the situation, so I got to call the mother back and tell her that the situation wouldn't be dealt with till tomorrow, because it has to go through all of these different channels for approval...only to find out, it's already been approved, but nobody communicated it to the counselor that was still there tonight, so I looked like a bloody fool. I was told by the counselor that this was not important enough to deal with tonight, and I was not to follow up on it in any way, shape or form. So, when the mother insisted that I follow up on it, I had to explain several different ways that I couldn't and that I promised it would be dealt with first thing in the morning. I am so angry at the counselor for not dealing with it. I don't get paid enough to deal with that. Plus, I had to stay late to take care of it...time that I don't get paid for.

5. Somehow I have to find the energy to do laundry, make dinner, and do dishes tonight.
