Harmony: Somebody remembered to pick me up the sweetest unicorn. Guess someone was feeling guilty for standing me up in tenth grade. Brad: What? Had to get her something. She sired me. Peaches: Sire-whipped.

'Beneath You'

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Stephanie! Ellie is so beautiful!

So, you're going to leash the Bean?

Hell yes.

I just like saying "leash the Bean." Leash the Bean! Leash the Bean!

Trust my rage

And thanks again, everyone. It has been so much fun to watch Joe with Ellie. I was pretty sure he would be great with her, but beyond that, he obvioulsy fell in love with her when he first saw her at the airport.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Speaking of Beans, have you guys seen any recent photos of Frances Bean? Damn, she's a little woman! I feel so old. I think there's one of her and Courtney on gofugyourself.com.

Aimee, you still around? When's B's wedding?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Yep. Teething changes that some, though. It's really amazing how their little faces appear so different, after they get a mouthful of teeth.

I actually resented the incursion of Emmett's teeth on his joyous gummy baby smile. Then of course, I disliked it when he was missing his two front teeth in his later years. I'm just reactionary that way.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

B's wedding is in October. The 15th.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I saw that! She's really not supposed to be all grown up like that.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Leash the Bean!

I'm going to a Sean Bean place here. It's very pretty.

Anyway, back to leashes and toddlers. My sister took some grief for using a leash. ("I can't believe you treat your Pwecious Baybee like a dog!") But Sis figured that she loved her kids at least as much she did her pets, and that meant keeping some level of physical control while taking them to public places. So, yes, there may be asshats. But I'd care more about the safety of a small child than the opinion of an asshat.

Wisdom for the ages, this is.

Coding and Sleeping

We use a leash on Leif every once and awhile since he is prone to running off and has no sense of self-preservation. Generally we start without the leash and tell him we'll use it if he runs off.
