I seen you without your clothes on before. Never thought I'd see you naked.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Speaking of Beans, have you guys seen any recent photos of Frances Bean? Damn, she's a little woman! I feel so old. I think there's one of her and Courtney on gofugyourself.com.

I saw that! She's really not supposed to be all grown up like that.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Leash the Bean!

I'm going to a Sean Bean place here. It's very pretty.

Anyway, back to leashes and toddlers. My sister took some grief for using a leash. ("I can't believe you treat your Pwecious Baybee like a dog!") But Sis figured that she loved her kids at least as much she did her pets, and that meant keeping some level of physical control while taking them to public places. So, yes, there may be asshats. But I'd care more about the safety of a small child than the opinion of an asshat.

Wisdom for the ages, this is.

Coding and Sleeping

We use a leash on Leif every once and awhile since he is prone to running off and has no sense of self-preservation. Generally we start without the leash and tell him we'll use it if he runs off.

We do that with Ollie and the bark collar.

What is even happening?

I actually resented the incursion of Emmett's teeth on his joyous gummy baby smile. Then of course, I disliked it when he was missing his two front teeth in his later years. I'm just reactionary that way.
Me, too. I also resent the 2nd teeth, when they show up. I pretended better with Julia and Chris, then I did with Ben.

In general, I've always felt like I'm running behind, trying to catch up and adapt to whoever they've grown to be, today. I'm usually just getting used to something, and then they outgrow it in some way.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I'm saving my resentment for first boyfriend/girlfriend.

When we get to teeth + nursing, I may revisit this statement.

I know NO experts agree with me, and nobody here should listen to me. I still say teeth are nature's way of saying it is time to wean.

edited because all != no

Hmm. You don't happen to know when K's, er, celebrating the wedding that already happened last year, do you?
