We're still working on a plan, but so far it involves being sent to prison and becoming somebody's bitch.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Oh that sucks, Heather but I am glad to hear that you have a plan already and sound like you are looking forward.

I want clotted cream now. I also want Mexican food. I have neither. I suppose that I am okay with that since I could go get food but am too comfy in my yoga pants and a hoodie. I want taquitos less than I want to put on a bra. It's a choice I find myself facing on a frighteningly frequent basis.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Loads of life and work~ma headed your way Heather.

Lilty, I am so excited for you, and I'm so glad your mom understands. I'm partial to Italy, but the entire trip will be wonderful. This sounds like exactly what you need to get your mind off of things.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Thanks. Kinda done with the boss anyway. Prolly not just chance that I'd have gotten a raise next week. Really excited about the plan, which now that I'm not working I can talk about.

I love politics. LOVE IT! Most places tell you to shut up about them, but it's the only thing I'm passionate about. So I'm working on a campaign and doing community service (not the scary kind).

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

life ma/work ma~~ to Fay

plan ma~ to heather

I really liked the second hairstyle Plei linked to - the slightly off center part often adds some life to hair.

Sat- Wed we were on vactaion/visting.

thur/fri we ripped up the rug in the living room- and scrubbed the whole thing on our hands and knees with TSP.

sat I worked/ DH had some fun.

Today DH and BIL changed some lights. DS and I did some garden work.

I am kinda glad normal life starts again tomorrow.

I forgot to mention: It is a sad day. I was wearing pants that I reliezed were 12- 15 years old. today they split across my left butt cheek. I did however, get my money's worth, esp since only a month ago DH was asking why I never wore them to work.

Oh, beth, I am sorry your pants tragically ended their own life today. But they did have a long and prosperous reign.

My cat just jumped into the laundry basket and wrestled / snuggled with some of my clothes before dramatically phwumping down and preparing to take a nap. I don't even know how to describe it but it is so very cute and unlike her. Well, the basket part, she likes to nuzzle into clothes I have worn but usually when I get home from work and toss something on the bed or the floor. I've never seen her in the basket before tonight.

A darling ex of mine just called. I forgot how great of a voice he has since mostly we "talk" on IM. I'm a sucker for great voices. Keifer should call me...

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I really liked the second hairstyle Plei linked to - the slightly off center part often adds some life to hair.

Beth, I like that one, too. I think it's also the one that would work best with Susan's hair. Though I think I'd cut shorter layers (about bottom-of-cheekbone length) into the very front.

A slightly off center part not only adds life and body, but it makes the face look more symmetrical.

I'm going to need a trim again soon, but I feel like I just *had* a trim. Stupid fast-growing overly-thick mop! Eh. Maybe I can make it until the end of June. It's not feeling fuzzy on the ends yet.

If Raquel checks in later, I'm wondering if she's experienced her hair growing back in lighter now that Captain Babypants is here. Because after getting darker for the duration, my roots are back to normal. (there's a weird ring of saturn effect as a result, as the first bit of post-baby growth was still dark, but I expect the next time I dye it, I'll do deposit-only and even the whole thing up.)
