Emmett had a cold the last couple days, low grade fever, coughs. He felt too worn out to play in the tournament game today, and consequently our team lost. This is the same team we beat last week when Emmett shut them out for three innings. Gruesomely disappointing end to the season. My stomach felt like it had a lump of uncooked dough as I watched the team lose.
On the plus side, JZ has the cutest new haircut in the history of the world.

I just finally realized, after reading this many many times, that this referred to DCJ's transmission. Which I am happy has determined it should get better until he can get it fixed.

Today's my dad's birthday. I called and told him I was glad he was around to celebrate it and he told me to get off the phone because he was late for a bocci ball game. He was only a little kidding. I'm thankful he's doing so well.
