right now I'm just curious to see what happens.
That's a great attitude to have.
BABY! :)
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Stephanie, are the contractions fairly regular? How far apart are they?
Also? MEEEEEEEP. I'm glad your mom is with you.
No answer. Hmmmm. Could be packing. Could be eating. Could be napping. Could be pushing.
Sorry, Cindy. I was out with my mom walking the dogs. It feels better to walk at the moment than sit. Let's see - the contractions are about 3-4 minutes apart, but are only lasting around 30 seconds or so. They've been regular at about this rate since about 6 am. I"m pretty sure they aren't BH - I've been having those for a few weeks, on and off. These are different - they definitely hurt.
Since I have no experience with this, all I can offer is much ~ma.
I am at work...the short-term weekend gig. It is very, very quiet in here. I'm thinking I'm going to get a lot of crocheting done.
Stephanie, you seem very calm. Shouldn't you be boiling water or something?
Easy labor~ma to you. It's a shame that it looks like Joe won't be there, but I understand that babies have their own schedules.
Thanks, vw. I appreciate all the ~ma heading my way. I hope you get lots of cricheting done while at work.
Stephanie! Contractions! Good luck, honey, and if Joe misses the birth he will get LOTS of baby bonding time once he gets home, so that's a silver lining.
A job you can crochet at is a good job.
Thanks for the major appliance congrats, Bitches, I'm very pleased. I'm tempted to take Tuesday off, or come home early, so I can get the excitement of running that first load. And I'll look into that energy rebate thing, Robin, thanks! We got a floor model for the dryer, so we've already saved quite a bit.
We are observing our anniversary today, so I made us breakfast in bed including Bloody Marys. Consequently, I may be making a bit less sense than usual.
(edited because the deadness from the cuteness made me forget to say how adorable the Lily-Shiva pictures are. They're all yin-yangy, it's too sweet)
eee! Stephanie! All -ma to you. Marathon, you can do it. You have my number, right?
We gave Eve a haircut: [link]
Also, her quilt is finally in use. Yes, I've been working on it for 2 1/2 years. No, it isn't done.
flea, the quilt is beautiful, as is Eve. Such a darling with her new hair cut!
