Marco: Do we look reasonable to you? Mal: Well. Looks can be deceiving. Jayne: Not as deceiving as a low down dirty... deceiver.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Much ~ma for yoru father, Deena.

I am going to my co-worker's daughter's bat mitzvah tomorrow, and, as I have never set foot in a synagogue, I don't know if a long sleeveless dress and open-toe shoes are okay to wear. They're Reform.

Perfectly okay, Tep. I've seen hot pink off the shoulder mini dresses in our congregation during bat mitzvahs. On 13- year old friends of the honoree, but still. Some of the more conservative members may look askance at your bare arms, but they won't kick you out or anything. If askance looks will bother you, bring a shawl or shrug or wrap of some sort to throw on during the actual service. Open-toe is fine and no need to cover your head.

Oops, already answered. Oh well.

I ♥ vw's therapist.

(eta: what is Fifth Disease, Cindy?

Health~ma for your dad, Deena. And hugs for you.

I'm so sorry, shrift. That's awful.

My five-page paper is seven pages already, and I still have two more points to make.

Always better to have to cut than to have to add. And yay for your glitter-flinging therapist!

Oh. And I'm a giant crank.

I had bloodwork drawn at 7:30 and my arm is sore. So I join you in the ranks of crank. Much all-purpose ~ma to yours, Cindy.

What is even happening?

-t, Fifth Disease: [link]

It's a virus little kids get, and provided they're otherwise healthy, you don't generally know they have it, until they're past the contagious stage. I'm not even certain she has/had it. The rash on her cheeks is faint enough, I'm pretty sure the doc couldn't be sure, by looking.

eta...

Blood drawn, AmyLiz? Are you okay?

Thanks, Cindy. It sounds relatively benign, as viruses go. I've never heard of it before, though it seems I probably had it at some point. Weird.
