Mal: So we run. Nandi: I understand, Captain Reynolds. You have your people to think of, same as me. And this ain't your fight. Mal: Don't believe you do understand, Nandi. I said 'we run'. We.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

And The OC was the best of the season too! Why they gotta save it up, man?

I have to give QT credit -- only twice did I think "This isn't CSI" and only once did I think "Quentin!"

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

ita, did you tivo CSI? I missed it, can I get a copy from you? I'll buy you pie!

ION, I had chocolate cake for breakfast. Hooray for cake!

Now I must completely scrub house from top to bottom. I found two roaches in my kitchen yesterday.

I may have screamed. Then there was stomping and heebie jeebies.

My wee place is so clean and sparkly. Why has this happened to me?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Dirty neighbors. At least, that's what I blame my roaches on.

I have it downloaded, Allyson, and will happily burn it for you.

Also, if vermin were fair, we wouldn't call them such nasty names.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Cali roaches, so the Orkin guy tells me, show up when it gets warm out looking for water and cleanliness has nothing to do with it. We have the occasional roach in our prisitine ladies' room in the office, and none in the workroom, where there are ALWAYS crumbs and cookies and lean cuisine plates in the trash.

that's good to know, and explains why I find them near the sink. I suspect if any of them have hauled ass near Ruby's waterbowl, they've met their untimely demise due to Ruby's superior hunting skills.

Oh! And I had a dream last night that my book found an agent, who said, "of course we're publishing this."

Yay! Maybe, like Buffy, you are having prophetic dreams.

I can't even.

Off to the Jays and Nats (yes, that tremendous traditional rivalry). It's a beautiful day to be at the ballpark!

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Thank god Allyson's Buffy, because I dreamed my BF was on trial for murder last night.
