Kaylee: You're nice, too. Mal: No, I'm not. I'm a mean old man.

therefore having money for lunch

What are the lunch options if you don't have money?

Oh, thanks, Nilly! I've been around occasionally, but I come & go at random. I'm like the wind. Or Colonel Flagg. (And yeah, I was just brattily nitpicking about a GPA not being a statistic, because that is my way. I agree with your actual point.)

I never heard of rounding to evens until I worked for a place that does statistical research, so I'm more surprised by the people who have heard of it than the people who haven't.

I know! I was just going to say that resembled the ILM line drawings.

"Awww.... who's the cute little wee dark lord?"

Wee!Vader is the cutest thing EVAR! Plus his galoshes just add that final touch of BWAH to the picture.

Never apologize about having fun with numbers!

Galoshes are the rubber-sort-of-boots that he's wearing? So that he could jump into puddles without getting his feet wet and his parents worried?

Yep. Galoshes on kids are adorable x 10.

When we were in Hawaii a few years ago, there was a kid in shorts and red galoshes who was marching around a restaurant. He was cute enough to scoop up.

Known as wellie (for wellington) boots where I come from. I agree with y'all that the boots totally make that costume.
