What Happens in Natter 35 Stays in Natter 35

I feel like I can die now. Nilly nillied Homicide. I would track down Simon and tell him, I swear, if only he could get what Nillying is. I did get to teach him "HSQ".
Right on, thanks y'all.
I don't know if semantic wriggling was in the curriculum, but I picked it up somewhere.
This is the skill I currently describe as "tricking them with my fancy words." I swear I don't deserve some of my good grades, but I distract them with rhetoric!

I want to read that story! (Oh, and speaking of story, how is the writing going on? I'm trying to actually catch up on "Great Write", so I'm way way behind there, and have no idea if you posted anything there).
Hec, the Roxie is in bad financial trouble.
I know - it's heartbreaking. I think it's the best Rep House in the country. I hope to hell somebody with money steps in to save it.
Hec! Happy second-day-of-the-second-year-of-your-marriage!

aw that sucks. That is one of my favorite places in my old neighborhood. One of my old roommates worked there for a while.
sarameg, congrats on the house buying baby steps!! I was thinking of you when I drove by Poly on Saturday and saw the full parking lot. I was lucky enough to do the Trolley Tour right after I found out the house I now own was available. I was able to get the contract & settle in time to get the grant. It was a HUGE help for me.

Thank you, Nilly. EM took Emmett last night (despite it being my weekend), so JZ and I could go do a sauna and hot tub together to celebrate. Then we had delicious Italian food.
Hard to believe that was a year ago - so much has happened.
I didn't know you had gotten one of the grants, lisah! That's cool.
I must say, the whole first anniversary=paper anniversary thing? Lame. My advice to all Buffistae planning their weddings or looking ahead to the first anniversary is to say paper, pfft. As of now, the first anniversary is officially the water anniversary. Possibly the water and Italian food anniversary. I'm still feeling all pleasantly rubbery and boneless from the steam and the hot tub and the prosecco.
The water anniversary. Make it happen. You won't be sorry.
