Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

I have said similar things to ita's face. Honestly. She's really very friendly, and loving. t hugs ita

Okay, now I'm snickering. But I do mean it.

Also, this Friday is boring, and I'm almost completely done with school. All I need to do is use some glue, and then I'm finished. I went in to do that today, but there was no glue, so I'm not done yet. (By glue I mean epoxy, by the way, not Elmer's. So it's not quite as easy as it could be to obtain.) I should email my teacher about that, I guess. I really do not want to be finished with school, and I really really do not want to start packing. This is so incredibly going to suck.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

You guys do realize fevers and headaches don't last forever, right?

Ugh. How can I be this tired after several hours of sleep, and yet not able to fall back into it? Too bad the video store isn't open with some movie I've always wanted to see—that would put me out like a light.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

(And I am now imagining ita as ita Ito.)

I'm glad I wasn't the only one.

Hey, I'm safe. ita doesn't know where I live anymore.

I can fix that.

Our wings are not tired

Just got home from work. Wow. Tired.

However, the new track for the coaster is very nice, it was fun to ride it tonight.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Kat, did you see the part where I am going to the House of Pancakes (Original version) tomorrow?

AM SO JEALOUS. Though I went to a a House of Pancakes (Original version) last sunday. Of course, it meant getting up at 6:00 AM and driving 30 miles, but the Dutch Baby (for me) and the Corned Beef Has (for Lori) were totally worth it.

ALSO! I just remembered to order flowers for my mom to be delivered today. Funnily enough, I ordered with the mom of a childhood friend who used to baby sit who now works with the florist. Weird.

I have to drive to San Jose, but G&J will be there, and I get to drive fast, so it will be worth it. I am trying to decide if I want the apple pancake or the Dutch Baby or the corned beef hash. Yum.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Wow, it really is hurricane-lite out there. I fell asleep about 11 and slept through until 8, which is extraordinary for me, but that makes up for the sleep I lost this week. Now I have to motivate myself to go out and Do things like shop for groceries. You would think the prospect of eating delicious stuff would be enough motivation, wouldn't you?

Not in a hurricane, no.
