Mal: How come you didn't turn on me, Jayne? Jayne: Money wasn't good enough. Mal: What happens when it is? Jayne: Well... that'll be an interesting day.

Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Trust my rage

my plan needs to involve sleep, too. I think that will be my reward for finishing my other stuff.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

ok! everybody sleep!

I am certinly getting no where with looking for natural methods to control asthma. - all I am finding is crackpots that want me to send them money. Diabetes is much better chronic disease. people want to tell you what made them better - without there being too much money invovled. ( some want you to buy books, but that is what libraries are for)

Mostly lurking...

beth, things that help me when I'm having a particularly bad attack are: hot caffeinated tea, a steamy bathroom...hmmm...I know there are more things, I just can't think of them right now.

ahh--- here's a good link ...

[link]

It started by talking about Yoga breathing -- which has already helped.

Interestingly - it is talking about a lack of magnesium - which I have read about for diabetics. hmmm.... now I need to find out if I can od on magnesium....

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Aw, I thought that was going to be an interview with an iPod, like the hilarious Interview with the Search Engine.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I think that if my cats are going to wake me up on the weekend before I want to be awake, they need to learn how to make coffee.

It's a survival skill, actually.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Man, if Cat could make me coffee I wouldn't grumble when she positions herself exactly in front of whatever I'm doing.

Roomate keeps tossing the idea of a kitten around. If we get one, we're naming it Dog. I think that being an alpha cat might actually be good for Cat. Maybe she wouldn't be so co-dependant.
