ION, I got an "audition" for Princeton Review. I've got to prepare a 5-minute lesson on some topic, so they can evaluate my teaching skills. They give as examples "How to interpret the label on a wine bottle" and "how to make a perfect ice cream sundae." I have no idea what to do mine on. They say they don't want an academic subject, or something that's totally physical, like knitting. All the ideas I've come up with have been impractical for one reason or another. Any suggestions?
