Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The Power of the Gloom!Taunt.

I need to stop looking at the little beauty cause I'm tempted to go for it now. I must learn self-control.

How's that adorable baby of yours?

Now tagless for your comfort.

How's that adorable baby of yours?

Walking all over the place!!! He's so grown up.

I don't know if DH will go for a Mac. Although I might use my powers of persuasion.

Baby Owen is so cute. I wish I could be in a room with all of the Buffistae babies, raising hell.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My Powerbook just arrived. It's still in the box. What am I doing here??

Taunting.

No, now I'm taunting. Because I'm on the PowerBook.

Hmm. I need to find a name for it. My other computers are Zoe and Ororo, so Martha (Martha Washington, but not that one -- the one from Dark Horse) seems logical, but...a bit plain.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

The government has decided to take $50 out of my checks every month for the next two years or so because of money they are still claiming I owe them, so no laptop for me, unless I can find a way to cut back on my monthly expenses.

Damn, sj, that sucks.

Accck. Massive freakout--when I booked my round the world ticket, I had to send them a certificate within 14 days for htem to actually send me the tickets. I've been waiting for the tickets to come...and today, I get the certificate back in the mail saying I didn't put enough info on it. WTF? No one told me to put info on it! I *asked*!! It had my name and FF#! What more do they need? Called them up and flipped out. They claimed to have fixed it and given me what i need to write down and given me another 14 days, but....augh. AUGH. Super paranoid now. (Especially because my arm is killing me where I got a tetanus shot today, in prep for the travel!)

It's funny to hear about roommate issues. I've loved having roommates sometimes, and hated it at others. I've decided what I really want is to have my own apartment, but have several friends live in the same building/on the same hall. Then I'd have my own bathroom and kitchen, but still be able to run over to their house and hang out, or borrow the ketchup, or whatever.

we all KNEW that Rory wouldn't be able to just blithely hangout and have sex with Logan, right?

OK, I don't watch Gilmore Girls, so I immediately pictures this as Rory with Logan-from-Veronica-Mars, which is SO many kinds of wrong

You people and your creepy gum transplant stories are freaking me out. OW.

I once had an all-day, 13 hour interview. (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.)

That's RIDICULOUS. Even if teh 5pm-10pm part was dinner and lots of drinking. Jesus. Good plan, not taking that job.

Damn, sj, that sucks--especially if you don't actually owe them the money! Yeesh!

I don't know if I do or I don't anymore. They are impossible to deal with, and I am not going to fill out a million more forms and slowly have a break down about this.
