I caught her on a park bench, making out with a *chaos* demon! Have you ever seen a chaos demon? They're all slime and antlers.

Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

You going to Mich. then?

Yeah, my Great Grandmother Amanda is turning 100 and there's a birthday celebration. She is the oldest confirmed member of her church - Church turns 105 this year. She still lives alone in the house she grew up in. She has a little help from family and friends, but still cooks for herself mostly (She had Meals on Wheels, but cancelled it after telling the head of her local program that unless they got some decent cooks, she's rather eat slaw and bread everyday).

Gotta love a 100% German woman.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Calli--my mom just went through chemo for uterine cancer. Here's hoping it's early-stage, but no matter what it is, they have a lot of effective treatments these days. I wish you and your family strength and courage.

Calli, I'm so sorry. I hope it's easily treated.
