Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Unfortunately I think only UPN would pick it up.

Let it not be implied you don't get a lot for $30M.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

A modest home.

20 BATHROOMS???

I'll go halfsies with you, DX.

Do you mean literal halfsies? Because I think that house is about to fall apart. Y'all can split the pieces.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Notice no offers of halfsies, now!

20 BATHROOMS???

For those parties when 20 people have to pee all at the same time.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Skipper...

I'll cop to that. I did go back and read after posting. But hey, great minds and all that...

Who's up for a challenge?

I had my challenge spending a year living in an apt that I suspect was not far uphill from there.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

This condo building is right across the street from my apartment. Not vintage, so the price goes down a bit, but it does come with an off-the-street parking spot in the back lot (a big plus in my neighborhood), and a dishwasher, too (but no washer/dryer in the unit). $125,000 is not too bad for a 1BR condo with all that included, actually.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

We pitch it as if it were The Money Pit, except that the pit is the gateway to hell.

This can get us to Fox. Should I bring my security team?

Absolutely. Who better to fight the minions of evil while we're trying to get the kitchen faucet to work?

How about this one for $8k?

I like the " "HOLD HARMLESS & RIGHT OF ENTRY" ADDENDUM MUST BE SIGNED & FAXED BACK PRIOR TO ENTERING PROPERTY." note....

ETA: speaking of, got myself a prequal letter. Dude, their estimates are nuts. Which they say, but still.
