It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Huh. Did we know Christopher Walken has overtaken Michael Caine as the man least likely to turn down a movie role?

OMG, this is my new goal in LIFE. Resolution: to become so singular that no movie role, no matter how debased, will affect the offering to me of any other role. How freaking awesome is that? I could name my fifth boat after The Country Bears.

Hey, I'd pay just to see Mal in a bathtub for 90 minutes by himself.

Prophecy 3 didn't represent nearly the sort of questionable judgement for Walken that Prophecy 2 did. I hope that one bought a house somewhere.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

So, seeing the trailers for Underworld: Evolution, I was struck by how Blade II:esque the plot looks to be. Badass halfvampire must fight off freaky things that evolved from vampires and now kill them, and joins forces with hisher enemies to do it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You sure you're not talking about Bloodrayne there?

Compassionately intolerant

I don't really understand the economics of filmmaking, but I have to say that if The Prophecy can get to 5, then it seems at least possible that Serenity could get to 2.

This is exactlly what I've been saying! And I'm not even dissing Prophesy 4 & 5. Despite being truly terrible dreck, they gave me more Jason Scott Lee on screen.

I haven't seen any trailers for Bloodrayne and I consider myself fortunate. An Uwe Boll movie based on a game I never liked in the first place? The word trainwreck isn't even close to describing what I think that movie will be like.

I thought Bloodrayne's whole schtick was she killed Nazis. The movie has her killing mutant vampires? Huh.

Maybe they'll be Nazi precursor mutant vampires.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Corwood, from the panel's description, it's discussing "recent" movies and TV shows. Thus the plan is to name some of the more contemporary ones plus some of the more historic and significant "recent" older ones, like Sixth Sense.

Oh, I should add Harry Potter, since He Who Must Not Be Named is most certainly Dead. Plust all the ghosts and whatnot.

There is no mention of mutants, true. But she's half human, half vampire, and she's teamed with people that might otherwise be hunting her down in order to kill the bad vampires.
