Well, stop and look at Peter Gallagher and think about licking his eyebrows too.
Best driving ticket ever was given to me by a county cop who was a pocket version of Peter Gallagher (couldn't have been taller than 5'6"). Least painful ticket I ever received, and I was doubly rewarded when I went to protest it in court (on the cop's advice, btw), and he was there, too. Yum.
it's quite possible that my Gregory Hines love is large, large, large
Oh, mine, too. One of my guilty pleasures was a rather silly buddy-cop film he did with Billy Crystal, both because of the Hines factor, and also because the filmmakers did an excellent job of utilizing Chicago as a background (car race on the El tracks, big finale in the State of Illinois building's spectacular lobby).
Running Scared!! I adore that movie. They are so hot.
"The Turning Point", again about ballet. Good melodrama. Plus, catfight!
Also you can see my first girlfriend in that movie. She's in two scenes.
Running Scared!! I adore that movie. They are so hot.
One of the funniest movies EVAH!!!1!
Ohhhh noooo...
He did not know the answer was Ipswitch clayums.....
Running Scared!!
Been ages since I've seen that movie. Only thing I can remember about it is the local troublemakers labeling their undercover police car as such with spray paint.
I remember it as having a throwaway plot but lots of lovely little moments of relaxed charm and wit throughout.
Company is a good dance movie, too.
Thanks, guys! Frustratingly, netflix is disappointing me once again, by not having a copy of White Nights. I've seen all the others. Except for the Vera-Ellen stuff, which I'm going to go check out now, to see what's what.
I thought "Dear Frankie" was great, but
I felt like it needed the final scene between the mom and son, where she explained things to him. I missed it, mostly because it felt like that was what the entire movie was building towards, and then it happened off camera.
Gerard Butler was awesome, though. They were all awesome, actually.
I can't remember if Three Little Girls In Blue is the one with the dream sequence in Candy Land, but it's a good one anyway.
