'Dirty Girls'

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That is exactly what you do! I'm pretty sure I've used that exact phrasing.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I suspect what with f2fs and all we as a group have a lot more experience with that sort of thing than most.

I spent most of last evening listening to "Once More with Feeling" while working. Even 9 years later it still fills me with a warm fuzzy feeling.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

One of my favorite random meetings was in SF, I was walking through the lobby and saw someone standing in line at checkin wearing a Buffista tshirt and I just walked up and said "hi! I'm Stephanie, who are you?" It was Sparky!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

We ran into Sumi on the street at the Chicago F2F. I think she just said, "Are you Buffistas?"

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

My current favorite Internet meet-up story is this.

Is she married? Ask her out!

That's your answer to everything, Hec!

I have the cure to loneliness, P-Cow. It's called, "Sack up and ask a girl out every other year."

Also skip that interminable grey zone where you don't know if she "likes you" likes you, or just wants to be friends and you just don't know and you're getting mixed signals and you thought she liked you but you didn't say anything for eight months and then were surprised and bummed out when she started dating somebody else who just asked her out.

Don't do that part.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm sorry if that's harsh.

But, P-Cow, you are very eligible! You are a good looking straight guy in the Bay Area who is employed (and well respected at work), financially solvent, has his own car and does cool creative things. You're a good friend and you're good company.

You're so money and you don't even know it.

There's something very Auntie Hec about that.
