It makes enough sense, anyway, because it is very cool.
Looking at linoleum!
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

I'm 25, and looking at linoleum still makes me want to have sex.
Aw, the Willow kissage speech.
I miss Oz.
(i never liked Willow with Tara.)
Mmm, nice smoky effects.
Willow had such an interesting emotional arc in this one. Possibly even more teenage girl typical than Buffy's.
Joss snaps at the latest attempt at Marti-bashing and delivers a smackdown at Whedonesque: [link]
Wow. No matter how one feels about S6-7 (and the amount of vitriol from fandom toward Noxon in particular has always bothered me), what the original poster said was incredibly tacky, so, way to go, Joss.
Yeah. Each time I think I'm over Joss, he makes me fall in love with him, all over again.
I think the fan vitriol directed at Noxon should be aimed at Whedon instead. So, kinda mixed feelings.
Point Pleasant did not fill me with admiration of Marti Noxon's showrunning capabilities and I'm pretty sure Joss wasn't responsible for that.
I can't speak to exactly what Marti was responsible for in later seasons of Buffy but my impression has always been that she's much better as a writer on an individual episode basis than trying to hold everything together for season arcs. Which isn't really a horrible indictment—before Wonderfalls I was far more impressed with Tim's writing than his stint as showrunner, and I now anticipate each new project from him as much as from Joss.
