WHO WANTS TO TOUCH ME?
Trick question. As we all want to touch you even when you aren't holding S1-7 of BtVS.

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.
WHO WANTS TO TOUCH ME?

The best place for a separated tooth is right back in the socket it came from, right?
You just reminded me of a scene of primitive dentistry in the PRC, in the French-Chinese production, Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress. The village elder's returned from the dentist, who's extracted the wrong tooth, and while the tooth couldn't be saved, the drilling without anaesthesia of the correct tooth scene that followed was memorably squirm inducing.
So I was watching The Freshman yesterday and one piece of dialogue stuck out:
The bookstore. Students are milling about carrying books in shopping baskets. Buffy carries an arm full of books and Willow comes up with a basket.
Willow: Here.
Buffy: Thanks. (Buffy puts the books in the basket.) Can't wait till mom gets the bill for these books, I hope it's a funny aneurysm.
I'm sure it's been pointed out before, but that's just creepy.
Aimee noted it this summer, Aimée "Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!" Aug 4, 2005 9:47:22 am PDT
...but it bears repeating anyway.
always has to show me up
shakes tiny fist at the empress
I never noticed that before. Creepy.
AFN was running an interview with SMG today. I learned two things: the Burger King ads with the little girl saying that BK had better burgers than McDonald's...the ones McDonald's sued BK over? That girl was SMG. And they sued her too.
I also learned that she and Seth Green made a Duncan Hines commercial together when they were about 8 years old.
People talk about SMG for not commenting on the DVDs or whatever, but I can't really blame her. The show is over for her, why keep reliving it? She did plenty of publicity for the show during its run.
I watched the "bonus DVD" for the box set last night. Legions of eh. However, I suspect that people who have not spend hours of their workday for the last 10 years discussing Buffy might find some of the information interesting or enlightening.

There is a picture on the top of the page of the link. . . I cut and pasted the description in it's entirety. There is a description of the upcoming Angel comic that is somewhat spoilery.
So, say that somebody was asked to participate in some sort of debating [Edit: in a local small science-fiction convention] regarding "Angel in the 5th season: a calculated hero or a desperate man who lost his way?".
And say that this somebody can't find the time to threadsuck all of the S5 threads and comb them for opinions, but still wonders what the clever Buffistas may be thinking, what would your opinion on the subject be, and why.
Do you think anybody would still have the energy to re-hash these subjects? And what would you have to say about it?
Thanks!
