If I were going to kill off a character, I'd like to try going for a hyped fakeout, then kill the character off for good the next week.
Not saying they are going to do that, just I'd like to see it happen on a show sometime. The big problem would be getting the advertizing people for the network to refrain from telegraphing it.

I'm disappointed Chase is alive. Not because I dislike her overly, but just because it was a dumb tease, and ruined by the previews anyway. Now I feel like none of the main characters can die. And that's including Boone.

SG1 and SGA ALWAYS goe on an extended break from Sept - January. So, this isn't new.
There is some talk at the moment that they may be on hiatus from September through March, though.

I think that we just got used to Joss and Tim killing off major characters. That doesn't happen in most shows, it's usually a cheat.

I hesitate to admit that my computer is down again... mostly I hesitate because it's my fault. Did you know that the latest Microsoft service pack doesn't play well with all laptops? I enjoyed Sateda for the cool action video with fun character moments that it was. I adored Carson cowboying up at the end!

well, there is some stuff about how since silver is a "pure" metal, it's harmful to vampires. It doesn't kill them, it just hurts them.
