I had a whole section about civic pride.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

The gay male contingent of the conversation offered the possible explanation "Because he's fucking gorgeous!" and we all agreed that that sounded like a very good reason indeed.)

Well, yes. So is John Barrowman, who I hope at least gets mentioned in that article. Cause, you know. Gay off- and onscreen.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Eureka was fun. I'll definitely be keeping the series recording on my DVR.

Also, Dresden Files promo! Whoo!

ETA: Robert Wolfe just re-confirmed the January premeire for Dresden on the jimbutcher.com forums. The article is wrong.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

October? I gotta wait till October? Fine, then.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

At least with the promos, they're doing a hella good job with the new original series. I've been very "Ooo. I'd watch that."

Eureka: Gotta say, I don't love the daughter.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Bah! No Ahems yet.

Art Crawl!!!

Eureka was so much fun!!!

Sadly conflicting with my Rock Star show. So, uh -- have to watch the late repeat. (Otherwise, I would have been HERE.)

When they went into that room with the multipletwirlywhatis? I thought, Rambaldi Heaven! All we need is a big red ball and a bunch of water.

Love the dogs.

I'm glad that they're promoing the heck out of this show as I want to see more of it.

Gah - the BSG promo!! Want. Season 3. NOW.

And - Dresden Files!!! Woohoo!

Haven't attempted to watch on my very. . . very. . . slow dial-up, but I hear that the promo is up on You Tube, in case you missed it or something.

(I can't believe that SciFi won't put it up on Pulse.)

That was cute. The actual story was clunky, but it is a pilot. And I'm not quite sure why Matt Frewer needed to have an accent. But yay for Mark Mothersbaugh!

I would like to know who got Nickelback all over my Galactica. Because, ew.

The "Made in Eureka" stuff is funny. But the last customer review here is the best.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

And I'm not quite sure why Matt Frewer needed to have an accent.

That threw me, too, but it was good to see him again. So many good geeky actors in the cast.

I was thinking that they need to do a Numb3rs crossover because it would be neat to see Greg Germann and Peter MacNicol as dueling astrophysicists.

Art Crawl!!!

Yes!!!

Is Greg Germann the nefarious lab guy? He looked so familiar and yet. . . where did I see him before?

(And clearly they should X-Over with Alias -- they've got MILLIONS of Rambaldi devices and somesort of espionage thing going on.)

Yup. He and MacNicol also used to run a law firm in Boston.

The only thing is that the promo makes it look like they are bringing in someone else to run the facility for future episodes, so I don't know if he'll still be around.
