A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Then I thought, "Is D in love with him?"
Don't forget their little moment o' sparring tension in "Flight of the Phoenix." Which was only a couple of episodes back, even though it feels like ages ago because of the midseason break.
And yeah, I think "tired" sums things up for Apollo. He's idealistic and everyone around him is getting darker and darker. Plus, he's kind of a doofus. Which might be Dualla's type, given Billy.
Despairing? Despondent?
"Ennui-induced failure to struggle"?

No, I can't forget that scene. It was hot.
Anyone gonna be watching
HG Wells' War of the Worlds
on SciFi tonight? It's
not
a SciFi production, but was (I think) to have been a theaticly released film. Don't know if it ever was....
It's supposed to be a faithful adaptation, set at the end of the 19th century like the novel.
Huh, I hadn't heard about that War of the Worlds thing. I may check it out. It sounds like a good thing to have on while I clean. Or while I sit on the couch and think about cleaning.
I'd like to believe that Dualla could shake Apollo out of his emo phase. She did a good job on Adama, so I guess she's practiced at it.

The ads I saw had C. Thomas Howell in modern clothing, so I think the above might be confusing the recent British period piece with a third nearly simultaneous adaptation.

Kind of cruel, though. I mean, your entire planet gets blown up, you're apparently the only person in the universe who knows how to work the damn radio, and then as a sideline you have to be forever chivvying Adamas out of funks? Poor Dee.
So long as Tom Cruise isn't in War of the Worlds it has potential.
I thought Lee's not trying was more being too tired to fight thing than an actively seeking death thing.
Jessica -- I thought the SGA monster was the Mechanosaurus -- I am somewhat surprised that nobody called it that.
