A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I can't remember if in canon Rodney finds out about the glowy sex, but in most fanfic stories he does, and is, of course, still insanely jealous.
And there's a fantastic Lord King Bad Vid done for this episode, called "Jolene", all about it. So very funny. I think it's Zoe Rayne's.
Thank you, I now have that song stuck in my head. Thanks.
You're welcome!

She used the White Stripes cover of that song (i.e., sung by a guy named Jack, with no pronouns changed), which I'm now sure will now be used unironically by lots of 12 year old vidders forevermore.
Question: Who has the highest dry-cleaning bills in Sci-fi?
Right now I'm leaning toward Farscape, because (A) they deal with a lot of gook and (B) leather is a bitch to clean.
Clearly Star Trek has the highest alterations bill, because of working around Shatner's pooch.
If we're talking not just TV, but movies, I'd say the MiB considering the ridiculous amount of goo and the fact that all their agents wear identical tailored suits.
ETA: Serenity's crew probably has to do the most hole-patching though, considering at least one person is shot or stabbed nearly every episode.
You forgot (C) Doubled Crichtons go through clean wardrobe twice as fast
BSG has lots of people and no stores, so they've got to be pretty high up there too.
Although I'm sure they saved a lot of money in the scene with the dozen Boomers by having them all naked.
Maybe all of their uniforms were being dry-cleaned.
