Problem with Baal is that it's the symbiote that's evil -- which is why Angelus didn't make it in (or perhaps Spike, mitigated by people with actual sense).
Oh -- some CSM for long term planning and coldheartedness. Hell, Charlemagne from Andromeda, and maybe even Inara. Need that too.
If it weren't for the whole "can't have kids" thing, Methos would add some nice moral ambiguity to the mix.
