Thanks, Gud. My reason told me that was probably the case, but the confirmation is kind of comforting.

You have to remember that being a 5-time Olympic medalist means Hilary Knight has been playing hockey at an elite level at least 16 years. It's impossible for her to be a teenage girl less than 16 years old, thus the President's complete lack of interest.

Um, it's not thought to pose a threat? Counldn't they have said, "it absolutely positively has 0 percent chance of sucking life the universe and everything into its hungry black maw, we promise"? Somehow I'm not feeling comforted.

Since the scientists aren't able to make mass out of nothing, I imagine it's a pretty wee black hole. And since it was suspended in their accelerator along with all the other charged particles, probably not much of a threat for getting loose, growing, and becoming a danger.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Poor Not!Dead!Dick. Rumors of his death may have been exaggerated. It could be that AP (or whoever) was just putting together their materials for when it does happen.

There is a Dead!Dick today, but it was Dick Radatz, once a relief pitcher for the Red Sox whose nickname was "The Monster."

At least not until Congress cuts their funding.

I imagine it's a pretty wee black hole.

Can we taunt it?

That would be tacky.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

probably not much of a threat for getting loose, growing, and becoming a danger.

That's what they said about Mansquito!

Can we taunt it?

Ah, don't taunt the singularity. It's unseemly.

But wussy little back hole! Striking NO fear.
