I just ironed 6 button down shirts. It took over an hour. These are getting sent out after this (if they prove to be wrinkly post-wash. These were new-stuffed-in-shipment wrinkly. Usually I can get away with just doing the plackets and collars.)

I should have stopped for ice cream.
No, you should go out for ice cream with Alibelle while she's in town.
Wow.
Oh, do you like the Bootie girls? Check out their one year anniversary pirate themed party.

Alibelle in NYC? I know nothing of this.
I now have wine and chocolate. It's a start.
Damn. Don't you hate it when somebody wears the same dress as you? ;)

I miss you guys.
Aww, poor Suela. Have some wine and chocolate. Jesse swears by it.
Aw, poor Suela. We miss you, too! The Man keeping you down?
Oh, and sara, not that I've ever done it, but I think sending out shirts to be laundered is brilliant.
Jesse swears by it.
It's true. I've been sitting here mumbling, "Goddamned motherfucker bullshit..."
Well, I'm still at work, so there will be no wine or chocolate.
I suppose I shouldn't complain too much. We just interviewed a guy the other day, who was working for a firm doing similar work to ours, in Sacramento. They paid him a lot more than I make, but it wasn't just understood, it was demanded, that everyone work weekends.
Not some weekends, all weekends. So he was making good money, but he was working 70 hour weeks month in and month out. As a result, in a staff of 23, they had lost 15 people in the last year.
Makes me feel a lot better about where I work, anyway.
That said, I miss not having time to check in with y'all during the day.
