Also not a fan of Citibank. But, I've had that card for 9 years, so I keep it to be able to prove I exist, financially speaking.
Actually, I keep it in my jewelry box. Best of both worlds!
Of course, my other card is MBNA. I think there is no getting around evil corporate giants where credit cards are concerned, but at least with MBNA I had a very good experience after my wallet was stolen.

Citibank has AWFUL advertising, like those "Thank You" ads that imply any degree of poor or thoughtless behavior can be cured by gratitude.
But they have a big presence in NY, AA miles card and a nice group that works with law firms and lawyers.
