Also not a fan of Citibank. But, I've had that card for 9 years, so I keep it to be able to prove I exist, financially speaking.
Actually, I keep it in my jewelry box. Best of both worlds!
Of course, my other card is MBNA. I think there is no getting around evil corporate giants where credit cards are concerned, but at least with MBNA I had a very good experience after my wallet was stolen.
(The fraud-prevention guy? Was British! I talked to him on the phone for a nice long time.)
Phishing. It's all phishing.
I need to make up a rule about cute guys with cute smiles and how they're not to use them on me unless it's for a REALLY good reason.
I'm still going over the fine print.
you need to go out with one of them.
I'm pretty sure that one of them isn't interested in me, and that the other one works with me.
Or stay in.
Yes! But still get paid anyway.
Citibank has AWFUL advertising, like those "Thank You" ads that imply any degree of poor or thoughtless behavior can be cured by gratitude.
But they have a big presence in NY, AA miles card and a nice group that works with law firms and lawyers.
