Angel: Connor, this is Spike and Illyria. Guys, this is Connor. Connor: Hi. umm...I like your outfit. Illyria: Your body warms. This one is lusting after me. Connor: Oh...no, I--I--it's just that it's the outfit. I guess I've had a thing for older women. Angel: They were supposed to fix that.

The status is NOT quo.

Nifty. Oh, sorry about the earworm of "I'm Cute" by the Animaniacs ...

Actually, that's a welcome relief from the incessant instrumental of "Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom White" that's been earworming me since yesterday.

What is even happening?

I've figured out how to make s'mores at home, but it involves someone distracting Pete so he doesn't notice me toasting marshmallows over one of the burners of our gas stove.

Wheee! A couple of hours ago, because I couldn't have s'mores, I toasted a marshmallow over my electric stove burner. The results were mixed, but it mitigated the s'more craving for a while. I was surprised it would flare up, even though I didn't let the marshmallow touch the burner, and there's no actual flame.

I had to make sure Chris was distracted, though. I *never* could have gotten away with this, with Ben and Julia in the house. Well, I could have, but I would have had to do it for them, too, and then they still would have tattled.

If you got the Whitney Houston I Get So Emotional earworm, I...I don't know how to apologize. I'm not even sure where it came from, as I don't recall hearing that song in years.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I skip a lot, so my apologies if this was already mentioned, but the other day Girl Scout Cookies were being discussed.

I just wanted to share that you can order cookies directly if you do not have a source 1-800 33-MINTS!

"We have trust issues." Mylar

I had no idea such things as s'mores kits even existed. I always just figured you make 'em right over the burner on the stove when you're making the home version.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You know, if someone would buy me the 50" Vega LCD on sale at Costco (only $2899), I could use those wee L-shelves to support my TV too.

Who's up for it?

Damn you, msbelle! DAAAAAAMN YOOOOUUUUU!

I am currently the only person outside the Dean's office, so people keep talking to me, but I don't know anything! Oops.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I got my sister one of those s'more kits for her birthday a couple years ago. But since I wasn't thinking ahead, she ended up having to carry it around all day while we went to brunch and the movies. People EVERYWHERE were commenting on what a cool gift it was. (Of course, I don't think she's ever used it, but hey.)
