Why did I never think about making grilled cheese on my Foreman? It sounds so good, I wish I had sliced cheese right now.
I do this all the time on mine. It's great. It's a little teeny one, but that's all I need.

I have a mini-Foreman, and really like it. I was gong to put it in my giveaway pile, since I don't use it very often, but then I realized I don't use it because I am never home from work in time to cook, and that is going to change, so Yay.

I do! I love it very much. Though I would recommend getting the newfangled one that lets you remove the grill plates to wash them or put them in the dishwasher.
