Does anyone have a Foreman grill or equivalent? Are they all that? I realise I may have counter space in the new place.

I do! I love it very much. Though I would recommend getting the newfangled one that lets you remove the grill plates to wash them or put them in the dishwasher.

I have one, and it's great. I'd second the recommendation of getting the one with the removable grill plates.

We gave a Williams-Sonoma grill to my MiL and she loves it, especially that she can remove the grill part and run it through the dishwasher. All I've had that she makes on it is salmon, but that comes out good. I'd get one (or something similar) if I had any counter space at all.

I loved Syd then, too, Kat. But leave Vaughn alone. He's fine as he is. Or maybe it's just that Sark does nothing for me, though I can see why other people would be attracted to him. I do like his intelligence and unflappability (did I just make this word up? Anyway, you know what I mean.).
