Yeah, that's what I thought. But my sister only wears Clinique, MAC and some other thing that I don't think is even sold in Ireland, so I went to MAC,as I knew where it was and heard tell of a makeup brush set. Which turned out to be a Christmas thing, of course.
Aww, sorry. My brush kit is from MAC, actually, but I got it years ago, during some sort of promotion thing. It's very nice, if that helps anything at all. But you can find brushes that will work almost as well for less.
Oh, MAC. Yeah, they're pretty pricey. Worth it, though.

I'd probably be happy with the networks, HBO, VH1, TNT, TBS, FX, Discovery Health, Bravo, Comedy Central, MSNBC or CNN (I don't actually need both) and the Food Network. There's nothing else I watch more than occasionally.

There is. It is called the first amendment, and the supreme court's interpretation of same re: obscenity. Beyond that, it's a question of the marketplace economy.
(I'm sympathetic to parents' concerns. But my mom was pretty strict about what my brother and I could see, and she managed to monitor what we watched without the government getting involved. I think most parents can say the same. This isn't about protecting children, it's about foisting their values on grown-ups.)
