Mal: You want to tell me how come there's a statue of you here looking at me like I owe him something? Jayne: Wishing I could, Captain.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Right. So, the database I need to do my work is being updated, and my boss just left early because of the snow. This means I can take a nap now, right?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

This means I can take a nap now, right?

Database updates tend to go better if there's napping being done in the vicinity.

Oh yes, I'm sure I've read that somewhere.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That way, the processers can multitask using your unused cycles. What are you still doing her? Sleep! The company needs you to sleep!

Hey, I do database updates in my sleep ALL THE TIME! Every night! On the hour!

Um, yeah, gotta love cronjobs.

Looking at this picture, I'm wondering if I hallucinated what I liked most about her dress -- that it had translucent panels hanging from where the skirt ended at mid-thigh.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

No, it's there-- you can sort of see her thigh to the side.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

good lord. Not only does no one RSVP, I just discovered that an invitation for an event I knew nothing about was sent out at the same time as my invitations. The people I am calling are confused as to which event I am calling about. Nice communication people.

oh, and in how to feel like a heel news. I was trying to set up a meeting with someone to talk career stuff. I don't know the person, I was referred to them by one of their co-workers and they emailed me 2 weeks ago. They are out of the office with a terminally ill family member, and wished me luck finding someone else to talk to.
