OK, how pathetic is it that I'm hoping to buckle down and work for two of the next 8 hours? This is why I don't like not having things scheduled Friday - Monday. There's always "tomorrow," except then there isn't.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

now, I want cupcakes for breakfast.

DH is still sleeping, and I am pretty sure he wats to go to the cafe for breakfast. So I am waitning fo rhim to get up. He has an hour.

So, on the 19th is the annual potato party. and on the 20th there is an appatizer contest down at the cafe. I think Mushroom pate for the contest. Should I bring sweet potato pie to the party, or is that streching the word potato to far ( since it is a St. patrick's day party?)

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

There's always "tomorrow," except then there isn't.

If there's no tomorrow, when will the sun come out?

Today! The sun is out today!

Which reminds me of a thing I was talking about the other night: Do people generally know that Sarah Jessica Parker was Annie on Broadway, or not? (She replaced Andrea McArdle.)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

this excellent knife holder

Wow. Not ita, but I absolutely need that.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

DX, there's another show doing the thesis advisor lurves the student thing, and I think it's presented as properly scandalous. But I don't want to see it again, (and I want it fixed on the other show), so I'm hoping that works out. Hell, big brother dating his co-worker is probably safest steered clear of.

I think this week's dessert will be lemon bars.

And timelies!

I think today's breakfast will be waffles with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Which I will have to pay someone to make for me. There is this building where I can often find people who will make food for me in exchange for money, so I think I shall go there.

edit: "Ant timelies"?
