Hey, I said he was hot.
Productive morning. Took the dog out, stopped for coffee, watched two eps of MI-5, and back in bed for a nap by 9 am.
Also, I hung two pictures. One is three black and white shots from Russia that my sister took - she takes amazing pictures. The other was an attic find - my grandmother and her older brother, about six or seven years old, holding a couple of wriggling puppies. Can report that puppies have not substantially changed in the past hundred years. Still cute.
Steph, Colin's flattered and says thank you.
He's definitely got it going over British!Patrick, though I'm afraid loyalty to the friend of a friend might falter if Jack Davenport were brought into the comparison.
Cindy, if you ever watch the More Tales of the City miniseries Colin does an excellent turn as Laura Linney's beau in it.
It's okay, Matt. You didn't go to McGill. You, I can forgive.
Cindy -- you also get to see his tuck..how do you spell that? You get to see his bum.
Can other people get to this site? The URL intrigues me, but my computer won't let me go.

Now I feel like a fangirl, like I should tee-hee and buy that keychain. And yet, I have a perfectly good keychain.

Wrod.
ita, that link gave me a 404, but if you take the "index.html" out of the link, you get a page that says GeekGifts is coming soon. And a picture.
For the index thing, he might have to change is name to Aferguson, is what I'm thinking.
I am the Queen Of Sloth, AIFG!! I was just wondering yesterday if I'd ever get more than 7 hours of sleep in a row ever again. The answer turns out to be HELLS YEAH.
Steph, when Allyson finally gets around to making the Geocities fan page, make sure to sign up for the Colin fanlisting.
I'm tempted to buy the keychain and send it to the person who'd be most embarassed to have it. Well, second most, because I think I win that. Maybe my sister .... maybe his sister. Hard to tell.
Thanks for the geekgift tip, Steph -- I can't even get a 404.
I am eating lemon frozen yogurt that I made myself. Yum!
Tomorrow, I'm going to try rasberry and champagne sorbet.

I will try to remember that, Matt. Thanks.

I couldn't get a direct hit on dictionary.com. However, when I looked up
tush,
hoping it would give the Yiddish spelling as an alternate, the third entry down notes
tush
is an alteration of the Yiddish
tokhes.
I never would have guessed that spelling.
You get to see his bum.
You know, it seems unseemly to look at the bum of a friend of a friend, which is a shame, as he appears to be generally scrumptious, and I have no reason to believe his tokhes is any exception.

Would Colin be embarrassed to have it? I don't know his sister, but I know some sisters, and I bet his sister would laugh and laugh.
In other news, I hate the cable companies, and they're second only to the insurance companies in my up-against-the-wall-triage, come the revolution.
