I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration
I've started a newish project. Almost through the first chapter. And I guess I've got something of a resolution - 250 words a day, on average. It doesn't sound like much, but if I try for more than that I'll get discouraged the first dry day and fall too far behind. Been doing it a week or two, and it's been feeling about right.
This is the first I've told anyone about it.

It's supposed to be used as a sample so I can write whatever I want. So, ideally, it should be something that reflects who I am as a writer. I'm still trying to figure out what that is.
Though Allyson said, "You like fashion...you like grisly murder." I should find a way to make those two work together.

I once had an idea to do a short for YouTube spoofing Numb3rs. It was called Sho3s and it was about an FBI agent whose sister helped her solve crimes.
The sister worked in the shoe department at Neiman Marcus.
